Situation
Running a Web Console,
Workstation Inventory, Custom Reports, SW Application, New Report,
Software Applications (General) results in no machines found when
defined with Criteria for: 'Workstation is Deleted = No AND;
Product, Contains, AND; Product,
Contains, .'
Defining the Criteria for only one Product, Contains,
at a time works for the separate queries individually.
Defining two Product, Contains, results
in no machines found. From the results of the individual
queries, there are machines that have both Software
Applications.
Defining the Criteria for only one Product, Contains,
Resolution
The only way
to do this is to:
1. Create a report for each product. They must be workstation-based reports - not application based.
2. Then create a third report showing all workstations that are in both reports with criteria saying "workstation in report A and workstation in report B.
This is a known limitation, and is the same in all versions of the code.
