Product Recognition Update fails to get applied doing an automated scheduled PRU

Situation

The Product Recognition will fail to get applied. When an automated PRU is set to run the informational messages will be written to the Task Server's log Event file. The below is an example of what errors will be written when this problem is demonstrated:

Resolution

Fixed in ZAM 7.0 Interim Release12 or newer
Fixed in ZAM 7.5 Interim Release 1 or newer
Interim Releases can be scheduled to run automatically or can be downloaded manually at https://download.novell.com. The Interim releases can also be set up within the ZAM Manager for the Task server to check the site on a scheduled basis, and download and apply them automatically. Please refer to the Help Section for details of how to set up automatic downloads if desired.
Each interim release is cumulative. If Interim Release 12 or Interim Release 1 is not available due to a newer interim release being placed on the website, be assured that the code needed is in the later release.
