Situation

Symptom:
NDPS Manager causes high utilization and will not unload
Server hangs while trying to unload NDPS Manager
ERROR: "HostMIB NDPS error:
NWDPLibDisplayError Report:
Reported NWDP_LE_xxxx error: 0x700010"

Resolution

Corrective steps:
Load Broker with /NOADVERT switch and Load NDPSM with /NOSRS and /NOENS switches
