BackupExec and TSAFSGW being used to backup GroupWise

Situation

Symptoms:
Errors while backing up GroupWise
ERROR:
"##ERR##Novell SMS errors were encountered.
##ERR##Begin Novell SMS errors:
##ERR##TSAFSGW.NLM(TSAFS.NLM 6.51.5 334) An internal TSA error has occurred. Se-
##ERR##e error log for details.
##ERR##End Novell SMS errors."

Resolution

Workaround Steps:
Backrev to tsafsgw.nlm from GroupWise 7 without any Support Pack
Corrective Actions
Apply tsafsgw.nlm dated 20th January 2008 or later
OR
Apply tsafsgw.nlm from GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3

Additional Information

It has been seen that the above error message is cosmetic and does not affect the backup.
