Symptoms
When specifying a directory to be excluded when using Dynamic Storage Technology (DST) scheduled operations, these directories are still migrated to the shadow volume.
Excluded directories specified in DST scheduled jobs are migrated to the shadow volume even if they are excluded.

Using the migrate inhibit attribute in Novell Storage Services we can prevent a directory from being migrated for example:
