Symptoms:
Duplicate messages or appointments for GMS users
Duplicate messages or appointments in WebPIM
Duplicate messages or appointments in GroupWise
Duplicate messages or appointments on the Handheld Device
Resolution
Corrective Actions:
There may be many reasons for duplicate messages or appointments. However, it has been seen that the following have known to cause duplicate messages/appointments in WebPIM/GroupWise/Handheld device
- Server Overload
- Memory problems on the Handheld device
- Too much Java Heap consumed by the clients while synchronizing large amounts of data, etc
