Resolution

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 "R2" is supported with the release of ZENworks 7 SP1. See the Novell documentation at https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks7/index.html , section 2.1.2.
ZENworks 6.5 is not supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2003"R2".
