Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:

1) Send a message using userid.postoffice.domain@internetdomain.com
2) Make sure userid is the one that does not exist in the system.
3) GWIA will accept the message and does not reject it.
4) Domain checks the validity of userid and sends the undeliverable back.

If a message is sent using userid@internetdomain.com and userid is bad, GWIA
rejects it and does not accept the message.
