Client options set and locked at the post office are not recognized in caching or remote mode

Situation

Client options that are set and locked at the post office are no longer set an locked in caching mode
Client options that are set and locked at the domain are no longer set an locked in caching or remote mode

Resolution

The problem should be addressed in the GroupWise 8 shipping release.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate:

1. Set client options for Send options to return all information on the mail tab in console one and set clean up options to delete mail at 180 days.
2. Access client in online mode as a user and check client options to verify that they are set and locked per settings above.
3. Cache the client and check settings. Cleanup options will be unlocked and set to manual and return status on mail tab will be set to Delivered and Opened.

Change Log

Originally the TID said that it may be addressed in GW7.02.  This was not the case according to the defect, the defect says that it was pushed into Bonsai shortly before it's full release.  Adjusted the TID to give that expectation as customer were complaining that 7.03hp did not even do that.
