Situation
Upgraded from Novell Client 4.90 to Novell Client 4.9 SP1
Workstation will randomly fail to shutdown cleanly when user selects "Shutdown" or "Restart"
The symptoms are only seen on Novell Client 4.9 SP1a and Novell Client 4.83 SP3, if the workstation has Novell Client 4.90 the error does not appear

Additional Information
Customer was able to resolve the issue by deactivating the "UNC
Path Filter" in the client properties, however Novell was unable to
confirm this in its tests.
