Situation
An application
object is associated to a user and it is set to Force Run. This
application updates registry keys in the current user hive.
When a user logs in to a terminal server session and the
application object runs, it updates registry keys in the current
user hive, there is a race condition to access/modify the registry.
It can happen that all active terminal server session including the
server where terminal services are hosted, will freeze up to 5
seconds.
