ZENworks Patch Managment 6.3.2.700 adusting the web console timeout value

Modifying the web console timeout value in ZENworks Patch Managment 6.3.2.700 to value greater than 20 minutes

1. Open the file Web.config file located in: C:\Program Files\Patchlink\Update Server\WebRoot\

3. Save the web.config file and close it out.
4. Open up IIS>expand Application Pools>Right click on the defaultAppPool and click the properties.
5. Click on the performance tab on the next window that pops up.
6. Under the Idle Timeout value, set the value to whatever value you have set in the Web.config file. They need to be the same.
7. Restart IIS and make sure the Timeout feature works.

Just modifying the Web.config file will not get the Timeout Value to work when modifying it longer than 20 minutes. Shorter than 20 minutes will work.
