Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
Once the ZCM agent starts having issues (can't login to ZCM,
extra long boot times, etc), the ZCM agent can't be
uninstalled. It errors out any time an uninstall is
attempted.
Any attempt to uninstall and to reinstall the ZCM client
fails and exits with error 11
Resolution
This error has not been seen in ZCM 11 version of the product.
