Situation
The change was
that workstation was outside the firewall and needed to go through
it. Once it was connected through the firewall it would get its
workstation application. If the workstation needed to reboot at
anytime, the user would then login through the firewall and not see
his/her apps. The reason for this is because the workstation
connection had not been released and the firewall would not let the
workstation reconnect, therefore the applications would not show
up.
