XNFS UNSHARE: Failed to unshare "/VOLUME/PATH".

XNFS UNSHARE is used to dynamically deactivate a NetWare NFS share point. However, it can only do this with a share point which was shared dynamically, i.e. with an XNFS SHARE command. If the share point is defined in the SYS:ETC\EXPORTS file at the time XNFS.NLM is initially loaded, then this is considered a 'permanent' share rather than a dynamic share, and XNFS UNSHARE can't be used to deactivate it. This is functioning as intended.

To deactivate a permanent share, edit the SYS:ETC\EXPORTS file, remark out the line where than start point is configured, and save the file. Then at the console prompt give the command,"XNFS REFRESH".
