Resolution
Do not use any extended characters or spaces when naming
GroupWise objects. They can cause problems with ODMA-compatible
products that access documents from the GroupWise data store.

*****A workaround for creating nicknames would be to
create the nickname without a period and specify the
user's Given Name and the "old" Last Name on the
nickname. For example if a user changed her email address toMary.Married@xxxx you
can create a nickname with Objectid ofMarySingle and a "Given Name" of Mary and a"Last Name" of Single. In this way an inbound mail
sent to Mary.Single@xxxxx
would get delivered to Mary.Married@xxx
