ISCSI initiator fails to connect to the target server

When attempting to use the "ISCSINIT connect" command in and NCF file or cluster script. There may not be enough time for the ISCSI target server to respond, thus failing the connection request and subsequent command in the NCF or script.

This issue can usually be resolved by adding a "delay" or "scan for new devices" command after the "ISCSINIT connect" statement.
