Resolution

You need to change the configuration for NCP volumes on OES Linux to avoid corruption issues:

1. Turn on locking through Ncpcon, "type ncpcon at a shell" and then in the ncp console, "set cross_protocol_locks = 1". This setting enables OES Linux to honor advisory locks across different protocols.

2. Add the option:

Inherit_POSIX_Permissions to each volume.
