NIC not recognized with PXE on T61P

Situation

PXE will not recognize the new Network Card in a IBM/Lenovo T61P. The same happens when you use the BOOTCD.ISO

During a PXE you will get an error "No installation source found"

Resolution

To solve this issue the user will have to do the following steps to get the Linux kernel to load the driver automatically.The following parameter must be passed to the kernel at boot time to get this to work.
newid="0x8086 0x1049,e1000"
