Environment

VMware Windows Server 2003 Guest

Securewave Sanctuary Device Control 4.0.3

Situation

User logs in but desktop will not come up.

Sanctuary agent will not allow the desktop to come up.

Windows standard blue background only shows, no icons come up.

Resolution

The VMware Windows Server guest was corrupted. Once the guest was re-installed and the software for Securewave was installed this issue no longer occured.
