Some users receive duplicate email messages in their mailbox.
Users were using GroupWise Mobile Server and synching messages to their PDA's. Had them reset their GroupWise Mobile Server accounts, and the problem went away.
1. On the GMS server open Internet Explorer and go to http://localhost/diag
2. select Email Accelerator
3. Select All Accounts
4. Select the problem user
5. Select Reset
6. Have the user resynch his pda
7. If the above does not work, do the steps above, but have the user delete his mail and appointments before resynching
