Situation
On a terminal
server, the GroupPolicy is always copied from the server. If the
user has a valid ZfdGP, this is being ignored. The user profile is
present on the workstation before the GroupPolicy is
applied.

Additional Information
STEPS TO REPRODUCE (Enough detail to create a test case):
- install a Windows 2003 standard server with Terminal Services.
- install the NWC4.91SP3 and ZDM7SP1HP3 on this server.
- create a userpackage for the 2003 terminal server.
- Create a GroupPolicy.
- make a user member of this userpackage
- enable ZDM logging
- from a Windows XP workstation start MSTSC and login to the server.
- logout from the MSTSC session
- the first time the zfdgp directory will be create. rename the
c:\program files\novell\zenwork\debuglog directory
- from a Windows XP workstation start MSTSC and login to the server.
- logout from the MSTSC session
- check the WMGRPPOLUSER.LOG from c:\program files\novell\zenwork\debuglog. You will see in this log that the grouppolicy is downloaded again
