Password-change dialog shows incorrect password requirements to user

Environment

Novell Modular Authentication Service (NMAS) version 3.1.3
Novell Identity Manager 3.5
Novell Client for Windows XP/2003 4.91 Support Pack 2

Situation

When using the Universal Password Syntax of "Use Microsoft complexity policy" and a user tries to change their password via the Novell Client, User Application, or other products which display the Universal Password requirements, these applications will not display the complexity requirements correctly.

Resolution

Currently the Novell Client and User Application do not display the"Microsoft complexity policy". This is working as designed and will be considered for a future release
