Situation

Symptoms:
Alarm in notify does not work for one user
Alarm feature for one user does not work
When an Alarm is set in Notify | Options, it fails to work

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Launch GroupWise Client
2. Click Tools | Options | Security | Notify
3. Put a check on "Subscribe to alarms"
