AllTel devices rebooting

Nokia GroupWise Mobile Server 2

Situation

AllTel devices are randomly rebooting. This started due to a network problem sometime in December 2007.

Resolution

AllTel has stated that this behavior is not being caused by the GMS software.
AllTel is working on a fix.

Note: Alltel devices do not have removable SIM cards.
