Situation
One user unable to login to WebAccess
ERROR: "Please login again. You may have typed your name or password incorrectly. Remember that passwords are case sensitive"
ERROR: "Login rejected: Password is incorrect"
User is able to login using GroupWise Client

Resolution
The "Last name" attribute is missing in the user object. It is not
possible to create a user object without a last name. However, it
was found that the "Last name" attribute was missing causing the
above issue.
Please follow the steps listed below:
1. Launch ConsoleOne
2. Browse to the Container in the NDS View where the user object is located
2. Right Click on the problem user object and select Properties
3. Click General | Identification Tab
4. Please make sure that the Last name is not blank. If it is, please fill in the Last name and click Apply | Close
