Situation
the SHIFT key in the system key pass through does not work when remote controlling a machine.
Resolution
For ZDM6.5 SP2: fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management SP2 IR1 or newer found at Novell Downloads
For ZDM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available at Novell Downloads

Workaround:
When the remote operator wants to perform a SHIFT+Right Click operation
1. Select the executable.
2. Hold the Shift key
3. Left click on the Executable
4. Then do the Right Click.
