When printing plain-text mail only header is printed

Situation

For windows the color schema selected is "high contrast black"
It only happens for plain text mails and only a header is printed; HTML mails are printed correctly

Resolution

The has been resolved in GroupWise 8 or later.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate:
  1. Change your desktop settings as follows:
    • Right click on your desktop and select properties
    • Select the tab Appearance
    • Under "Windows and Buttons" select "Windows Classic style"
    • Under "Color scheme" select"High Contrast Black"
    • Click on OK. You will get a black desktop with white text
  3. Start the GroupWise client
  4. Open a plain text email and print this email. The print will be empty except a header.
