What GroupWise address books get synced on a phone ?

Situation

Looking at Contacts tab from a WebPIM interface of a GMS mailbox, all Frequent Contacts items are listed even when they were not selected for a synchronization.

Resolution

When a user logs into GMS via the WebPIM interface it is possible to specify which GroupWise address book to synchronize with the mobile device via Settings | Pick Contacts to Sync. Although Frequent Contacts may not be selected, when clicking on the contacts tab in the WebPIM interface items from the Frequent Contact are displayed.
This is working as designed. Inside the WebPIM interface the Frequent Contacts are displayed by default. However, on a mobile device only address books that have been specified in the configuration settings of the GMS account are synchronized. The Frequent Contacts do not get synchronized to the mobile device even though they are visible in the WebPIM interface unless the Frequent Contacts are specifically chosen to be synchronized.
