Exception message: "Configuration not found" restarting the Linux Access Gateway

When multiple Linux Access Gateway devices are rebooted and attempt to contact the config store at the exact same time I receive the error below. For example, if we take a cluster of 4 Linux Access Gateways and reboot them at the same time some may return with the error below. The error will eventually go away after multiple hours but it puts the Linux Access Gateway cluster in a bad state.
