Novell NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 5
Situation
Customer upgraded support pack on there NetWare 6.5 from SP3 to
SP5. The server is also running IDM 2.0.1
After the support pack was applied, IDM failed to start. DSTRACE reports the following error message when trying to start IDM

Resolution
During the upgrade process, certain files in the SYS:\JAVA\LIB
directory where not upgraded. The customer copied the files
CHARSETS.JAR, JCLIENT.JAR and NPKI.JAR from a working server to the
problem server. After this IDM loaded without errors.
