Novell Application Launcher stays in offline state after reconnecting to network

Situation

NAL stays in disconnected state after reconnecting to the network.

NAL does not automatically change to Online state after a refresh of NAL.

Resolution

A setting can be found in the Launcher Config settings in ConsoleOne. Set the "Attempt to go on line during refresh " for user and "Attempt to go on line during refresh (workstations) ".

Workaround:

Right mouse click the Application icon in the Notification Tray (system tray) and select Work Online.
