Save as creates a file named as the destination drive letter

When right click on a message and "Save as" is selected, the original filename is gone and a file is created with one character. The character is the drive letter selected when saving the file.

Example:

Saving test.doc to c:\temp\test.doc will create a file called C in the directory c:\temp
