Situation

Symptoms:
ERROR: "F103 Login Failed" while starting the Post Office Agent
Changes:
Deleted the remote Storage Area

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Launch Standalone GWCheck
2. From Database Type select Post Office
3. In Database Path, enter the path to the Post Office Directory
4. Enter the Name of the Post Office in the Post Office Name field
5. In Object Type select Post Office.
6. From Action select "Analyze/Fix Library.
7. Remove the check box Verify Library.
8. Select "Remove Deleted Storage Areas" with Move document first..
9. Click on Run.
10. Once it is complete, please Select "Remove deleted storage areas" without Move Documents First
11. Click On Run
12. Once it is complete, unload and reload Post Office Agent
