Symptoms:
Internet domain name drop-down list blank for
External/Non-GroupWise objects
Resolution
This is working as designed. Follow the steps listed
below
1. Right click on an External/Non-GroupWise object
2. Click Properties
3. Select GroupWise | Internet Addressing
4. The "Internet domain name" is blank and Internet domain
needs to be entered manually.
The reason there is a drop-down list is because it shares the
same interface as the other GroupWise objects. Drop-down list in
case of External/Non-GroupWise objects is not used.
