GroupWise Appointments retracted by sender are not removed from Evolution Client

Symptom:
Unable to retract the appointments which were deleted by the sender. Still show up in Evolution Client.

But these appointments can be removed from Groupwise client.

Steps to duplicate the issue.

1) open client | go to Edit | preferences | then choose the account and choose

edit button | receiving options tab  and the Arial button for check for new

messages in all folders

2) That check is not there by default .. with out it checked our tests show

that the calendar item that was retracted still showed up in the calendar

3) After doing this just reboot the workstation.( You have to reboot the

workstation)

4)However with that setting checked we just wait a few minutes and a retracted

item would then go away

5) If its not then just reboot the workstation.
