Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Middle Tier
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition

Situation

The middle-tier service stops due to heap corruption.
Running IISRESET will temporarily restore the service.

Resolution

Fixed in xzenwin32.dll dated 26 January 2007 or newer in HP3.

Additional Information

Customer originally opened a ticket with Microsoft which examined some dump files from the server.
These files seem to indicate that the corruption is cause by either xzenwin32.dll or ncplw32.dll
