Situation

Getting the following error message when installing the User Application
ERROR: "[EboDataSchemaHelper] ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges"

Resolution

To fix this problem, you must grant the Oracle user CONNECT and RESOURCE privileges.
