Situation
NetWare Remote Manager Login Screen Will Not Load Correctly
After logging in the URL looks like https://ipaddress:8009/sys/login/new_spacer.gif or ../new_login.gif
After entering NRM and clicking the exit button the login screen works normally.
There are no errors on the logger screen

Resolution
Grant READ and FILESCAN rights to Public for the LOGIN
directory.
