Access to files on OES Linux NSS Cluster Resource volumes is very slow.

Access by Users on Windows Work Stations using the Novell Client to files on NSS volumes on an OES Linux Cluster setup degrades to unacceptable within 24 hours after the Server bootup? If Cluster Resource is migrated to a different node, access will become slower & slower until it is unacceptable within the first 24 hours?

Found that in the /_NETWARE folder at the root of the NSS Volume, the Trustee_Database.XML file was flagged RENAME INHIBIT & DELETE INHIBIT. Using Windows Explorer was able to remove the RI & DI flags and delete the file. After reboot the file was recreated by the system and everything worked fine after that.
