Can not create third party vpn server with imanager 2.5
Trying to add a third party vpn server, the error "the Site To Site service was modified partially” . The Site To Site service was not modified due to the following reasons: - Failed to create Site to Site member:testVPNS2SS.novell is displayed.

Click OK and then go back to the member list. The new server is not listed.

Fixed in vpn.jar included in BM38SP4_IR3.EXE. The jar file is compiled into the vpn.npm plug in

It has been detected that the vpn.npm included in bm38sp5 does not contain the fix for this issue. If you are seen this issue after apply bm38sp5.exe, please replace vpn.jar in tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\lib with the one in bm38sp4_ir5.exe, available at http://ftp.novell.hu/pub/mirrors/ftp.novell.com/netwire/ftf/.

It has been detected that in some occasions, after applying the new vpn.npm module, the issue is still present. In this case, extract vpn.jar from vpn.npm file ( you can use winrar) and manually replace the old one in tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\lib with this new one. Then restart tomcat and then you'll be able to configure third party vpn servers.
