Situation
Application Site
List is not launching from the Nearest Server.
The 'Unlicensed' user connection is on a non-local eDir server. [It must be on the local server for the NAL Application Site List to function as architected.]
A server other than the local server is used to deliver the Site List application.
Error: "Application Launcher Status: Could not launch (using
\\\\\)
(id=67). The network name cannot be found."

Resolution
The Novell 'Name
Resolution Timeout' value (Properties of the Novell Client,
Advanced Settings tab) was configured for 1 (one). The
default value is 10 (ten). This value must be sufficient to
allow time for the client to resolve resources, which means a value
higher than 10 may be appropriate (the valid range is
1-180).
Additional Information
NAL relies on
the Novell Client and its settings if the client is present.
If the Novell Client is not present, the ZFDagent uses a different
process (IPCosting) to utilize the local server for the Site List
Application.
