Resolution

To get the MailPlus client download the file gwmp10a.exe fromhttps://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=SQXbXMWnknY~~

Additional Information

In order to sync email to a Palm device you need a Mail Client installed. Novell provided the MailPlus client for the Palm users who do not have an existing Mail Client installed. It is not included in the GroupWise PDA Connect download. This was done to minimize confusing users. If an existing Mail Client is installed there is no need to apply the MailPlus client.

****Please note that Novell does not support running the MailPlus Client on Treo 650 and Tungsten T5. Customers should use the mail client that was supplied with those devices.****
