Novell ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Support Pack 2 - ZDM6.5 SP2 Remote Management
Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management - ZDM7 Remote Management

Situation

If a workstation has dual monitors, and is running a DOS application, if a Remote Control/Remote View session is created to that workstation, the Remote Management Agent on that workstation will crash. The computer initiating the remote session does not suffer any ill effects.
