Simple Password LSM always expires the password when it sets Universal Password

Hashed Simple Passwords were imported and a Universal Password Policy was assigned.

The first login with a hashed password after the Universal Password has been enabled, the password is expired during the Simple Password to Universal Password migration. 

This happens with the Simple Password LSM version 2.7.5 or earlier.
