Situation

ZENworks Roaming Profiles is set.
ZENworks Dynamic Local User (DLU) with Volitale User is set.
Outlook 2003 with a POP3 email account.
 
Outlook 2003 email account settings is no longer accessible when the user logs out of the workstation and then logs back in.
 
Outlook settings are being lost after the user has logged out of the workstation.
