Blank page displayed when selecting Email link in Virtual Office

Resolution

Fixed in NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 3
Workaround:

  1. Find the following directory on the server;"sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\portal\gadgets\com.novell.nps.gadgets.notes.NotesGadget\skins\default\devices\default"
  2. In there you will find couple of files named main.xsl and main_lang_XX.xsl; make copies of them in the same directory and rename the copies to noiframe.xsl and noiframe_lang_XX.xsl;
  3. Do a portal refresh through iManager or restart tomcat.

Additional Information

Virtual Office Email link does not work using Netscape, Mozilla/Firefox or Conqueror if the selected back end Mail server is Lotus Notes.
