Situation

ERROR: The libstdc++ library is missing. Exiting install... To resolve this issue, refer to Readme or Installation guide.

Error While Loading Shared Libraries: libstdc++.so.6

eDirectory 8.8.2 installation fails if libstdc++.so.6 library is not installed on SLES 9.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, download this library from Recommended update for LSB (https://support.novell.com/techcenter/psdb/b930f84c977850d18678838ff3400cdc.html).
