Error when trying to authenticate to eGuide

Resolution

To rerun the quick setup and get past this error message, it's necessary to delete the files contained in the /webapps/eGuide/WEB-INF/properties directory. Then run the quick setup from the following URL to set up eGuide:http:///eGuide/admin/index.html

Additional Information

After the installation is complete, the quick setup must be run. The URL to do this is:http:///eguide/admin.html. This process hadn't completed successfully.
