This error occurs when the GroupWise post office indexer can not index a particular attachment or file. GroupWise 7 SP3 includes a fix for a particular image included in a Word document.

Other error may occur in the future. If you see this error contact support so they can get a copy of the document causing the error.

This has been fixed in GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3.
